This year, HTC sales fared quite poorly in the United States, but the company is placing its bets on the Black Friday and Cyber Week holidays to make up for this year's low figures.

The Taiwanese device maker revealed some of its deals and many Americans are bound to find them quite appealing.

For one thing, HTC announced that it offers a free One A9 handset. To get it, you just have to buy a new one between Nov. 26 and Dec. 2 and, at the same time, trade in any of the following Apple smartphones: iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S or iPhone 6S Plus.

To summarize, this means that you get a price cut of $500 on your second phone for trading in one of the specified Apple models. As the cost of a new HTC One A9 is $500, this makes the OEM's offer a two at the price of one kind of deal.

Rebates are also in store for clients who are bored with their Android phones. Trading in your Samsung Galaxy S6 or the Galaxy S6 Edge will grant you a $200 price trim for a new purchase. Owners of LG G3 and G4 get half of that sum, the rebate for trading these models being $100. Just like the Apple rebates, the offer stands only from Nov. 26 to Dec. 2.

HTC is very keen on attracting customers, and to do so it also brushed off 40 percent from all Nexus 9 devices in the interval Nov. 26 - Nov. 27. HTC also offers the first 500 buyers of a Nexus 9 32 GB LTE model a free Logitech keyboard.

Between Nov. 28 and Nov. 29, HTC will be slashing the prices for accessories by 40 percent, so you can buy a new set of headphones for your existing HTC device at a comfortable price.

The discounts keep stacking up, as the Taiwanese OEM will be offering two additional deals from Nov. 29 through Dec. 2: a 60 percent cut goes to the RE Camera, while the One M9 will be 40 percent cheaper.

The One M9, HTC's flagship, showed a surprisingly low demand since its launch in April.

Trimming the price by 40 percent turns the One M9 into a high-tech bargain, however, and it remains to be seen how smartphone enthusiasts will react to the juicy offer.
