Grand Theft Auto V's online mode, GTA Online, is alive and well, in large part thanks to frequent updates from developer Rockstar Games. The latest is coming next week, and it looks to add even more reasons for virtual gangsters to log on.

The update is titled "Executives and Other Criminals", and it comes with a number of new features. For starters, players can become a VIP and create their own criminal organization, which opens up new jobs, challenges and special abilities in Freemode. These VIP players can even hire (and fire) their own team of personal bodyguards, each who receive their own list of perks including a regular paycheck and stat boosts.

Organizations can go against one another in Freemode with new missions that incorporate some of the newest vehicles like a turreted Limo. A brand new adversary game mode will task a team of Bodyguards with rescuing their executive from a crashed jet before a player controlled hit squad arrives to take him out.

Of course, there will be new customization options in the update as well. New apartments will be available, as will stilt houses in Vineyard Hills and the ultimate in luxury living: the Super Yacht.

All this will come free of charge for GTA Online players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Rockstar promises they'll have a more detailed list of all the changes and new features when the update arrives next week on Dec. 15.
