"Game of Thrones" is full of drama, tragedy, excessive gore and dark fantasy on a weekly basis, and fans absolutely love the show for it. Lest you fear that the all that dreariness permeates the set and the filming, "Game of Thrones" has released its first-ever blooper reel online. As you can see below, the cast and crew have plenty of fun while doing their jobs.

This reel of outtakes and gags debuted at the "Game of Thrones" panel at Comic-Con 2014, to the joy of attendees. Given that most of the cast never gets to crack a smile on the show, these shots of them showing off their real-life senses of humor are very welcome.

The short video features cast members such as Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister), Natalie Dormer (Margaery Tyrell) and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jamie Lannister) flubbing their lines; the great Charles Dance (Tywin Lannister) missing his cues; Jack Gleeson (Joffrey) and Lena Headey (Cersei) making goofy faces for the camera; an actor in White Walker makeup suffering a minor mishap; Maisie Williams and Pedro Pascal having trouble with props and Dinklage and Coster-Waldau loosening up a crowd of extras with a little song-and-dance while filming a pivotal scene at Tyrion's trial.

The only downside to the reel is how short it is, clocking in at just two minutes. You'd imagine that after four seasons, this show would have a good half hour or more of on-set monkey business. With such a sprawling cast of amazing actors, there's no way there aren't more outtakes out there. Where's Iain Glen (Jorah Mormont)? Where are Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) and Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy)? What about Aiden Gillen (Baelish) and Conleth Hill (Varys)? Gwendoline Christie (Brienne)? Rose Leslie (Ygritte)? Kristian Nairn (Hodor)? There are too many omissions from this otherwise delightful collection of bloopers.

Oh well. Perhaps more will be released on an upcoming Blu-ray/DVD collection. Until then, let's enjoy what we have.
