With "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" looming, developers and companies all over the place have been up and about in creating a slew of products designed for Star Wars fans.

It's only natural for them to jump on the Star Wars train, as the latest installment is one of the biggest movies that's going to hit the silver screen, where advance ticket sales has been counted to be well over $50 million just last month.

Without further ado, here are some of the notable apps and features that have popped up lately:

Lightsaber Escape

Google now lets users join the light side of the Force and battle with stormtroopers, turning their smartphones into lightsabers.

Aptly titled "Lightsaber Escape," the objective of the browser-based mini-game is to escape an Imperial battleship while duking it out with wave after wave of stormtroopers.

To play the browser-based mini-game, head on to the Lightsaber Escape website where it'll generate a personalized Web address and enter the URL on the smartphone.

At first, it's going to take a little practice to master the art of wielding a lightsaber, but patience you must have, young Padawan.

Force Block: The "Star Wars" Spoiler Blocker

In anticipation of the dreadful spoilers that's definitely going to spread on the Internet, Chrome extension developers Alex Jumašev and Max Al Farakh created Force Block: The 'Star Wars' Spoiler Blocker, which has a pretty self-explanatory name.

Spotify "Star Wars" Feature

What better way to get into character than tailored music? Well, Spotify got the idea, releasing a "Star Wars" feature that can find what character and playlist matches each listener.

Facebook Lightsaber Profile

Facebook also joined in by allowing users to add a lightsaber to their profile pictures to show their love for "Star Wars."

Giphy "Star Wars" Filters

Giphy Cam has rolled out a total of six official "Star Wars" filters, including BB-8, the Millennium Falcon, some lightsabers, a stormtrooper helmet and the ability to engage lightspeed.

With these apps and features, you can fully immerse yourself into the Star Wars galaxy in preparation for the official theater release of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" on Dec. 18, 2015.
