Along with the Mate 8 smartphone, Huawei also had a new tablet to unveil at CES today. The MediaPad M2 takes a bit of a different spin on the standard 10.1-inch Android tablet, adding speakers from Harman/Kardon to the proceedings.

The speakers feature a built-in amplifier, surround sound and Clari-fi Audio Restoration, so at the very least, they ought to sound a lot better than the tiny ones on your current tablet.

The M2 sports a 10.1-inch HD IPS display and a fingerprint reader and works with a stylus.

The base model features 16 GB of storage and 2 GB of RAM. It'll run for $349 when it launches in the U.S. in first quarter of 2016.
