In case you missed it, Amazon's series about the world of classical music, Mozart in the Jungle, won two Golden Globe awards last week.

To celebrate the win, Amazon plans on offering the entire series, all 20 episodes, to viewers for free this weekend. That means even those without memberships to Amazon Prime can binge-watch the show this Saturday and Sunday.

Upon description, the series doesn't sound like a lot of fun, especially as it tackles the world of classical music and follows characters involved with the New York Symphony. However, great writing, and a stellar cast (including Malcolm McDowell and Bernadette Peters) has won over both television viewers and critics alike for the comedy.

The Golden Globe awards won by the series include an award for Best TV Series - Musical or Comedy, beating out Netflix's very popular Orange is the New Black and Amazon's Transparent (which won last year in the same category). The other award the series won was for actor Gael García Bernal, who portrays the symphony's wacky conductor, Rodrigo.

There's also a lot of talent behind the scenes of the series: The show's writers are actor Jason Schwartzman (Rushmore, The Grand Budapest Hotel), Roman Coppola (Moonrise Kingdom, The Darjeeling Limited) and Alex Timbers (Theater of War, Rosaline) , and its director is Paul Weitz (About a Boy, In Good Company).

"What an incredible honor to be recognized by the press for two years in a row," said Roy Price, VP of Amazon Studios, to Deadline. "We are incredibly proud of Gael, Jason, Roman, Paul and everyone involved in the making of Mozart in the Jungle — it's gratifying and exciting to see the success of this series."

The second season of Mozart in the Jungle premiered quietly over the holidays: it is also available for viewers to watch for free this weekend, via the Amazon Video app or online. Mozart in the Jungle will be available starting at midnight EST on Friday until 11:59 p.m. local time on Sunday night.

Last year, Amazon celebrated Golden Globes wins for Transparent by offering the full first season of that series to nonsubscribers for a day. Later, the service offered the first season of Orphan Black free for a day to non-Prime members, too.

Amazon also plans on offering a discount on Prime membership this weekend, dropping the price from $99 to $73 (in honor of the 73rd Golden Globe Awards).
