Rumors have been circulating that the iPhone 5se's color scheme will be even more colorful than the iPhone 6s.

According to a new report, a vibrant, eye-catching color will join the existing options. The information comes from Japanese website Mac Otakara, hinting that the iPhone 5se is set to feature a new "Hot" or "Bright" pink color option.

However, 9to5Mac rejects the report and points out that the flashiest iPhone 5se finish will be Rose Gold, which strongly resembles the color options that came with iPhone 6.

Basically a better variant of iPhone 5s, the iPhone 5se features improved A9 and M9 chips. The device also packs the iPhone 6's camera system, extended storage space, Apple Pay capability and ongoing Siri activation support.

The upcoming iPhone is not the only new Apple product featuring Rose Gold color.

Sources also said that three more items will get the posh color option: the iPad Air 3, the next 12-inch MacBook model and the iPad Mini. It remains to be seen whether Apple will showcase the new Rose Gold iPad Mini and MacBook at the company's March 15 event.

Even if the iPad Air 3 is equal in size to the iPad Air 2, the latest Apple tablet has no 3D Touch support. On the other hand, the slate contains a Smart Connector that gives access to a few new accessories. Insiders hint that the next-gen Apple tablet will sport a rear LED flash, thus enabling improved photography results.

It is also expected that the updated Apple Watch designs will make an appearance. There might also be a new color variant for the Sport band, a Space Black Watch variant with a Milanese Loop as well as a number of NATO-style nylon straps.

For those who enjoy having technology and luxury, the upcoming event could bring new Apple Watch bands from the upscale accessories manufacturer Hermes.
