At this point, Grand Theft Auto V is a modder's paradise. Long gone are the days of playing through Rockstar's latest game normally: now, PC players can do everything from shooting whales and cars out of a gun to playing as any number of comic book superheroes.

With a few downloads, GTA V can be an entirely different game from what the developers intended — and there's no better example than the latest mod from JulioNIB.

If that name sounds familiar, it should: Julio is behind many of GTA V's most popular mods, including the Watch Dogs hacks and Incredible Hulk mods. After taking some time off from superheroes, Julio is single-handedly bringing DC Comics to Los Santos — with a little help from the Fastest Man Alive.

It's true: if you're tired of driving around Los Santos, running at normal speeds or not being able to punch people with lightning, Julio's mod based on the Flash is just what you've been looking for. Oh, and this isn't just some super-speed cheat, either:

For a fan-made mod, Julio's Flash scripts are amazing. Not only does the mod feature everyone from the Flash himself to the maniacal Zoom, just about every single one of the Speedster's powers are represented: super-speed, slow motion, lightning punches, vibration kills and even small tornadoes are all available for players to use.

The full list of features is as follows:

• Super speed + slow motion
• Bigger super speed + slow motion
• Hyper auto increasing super speed + slow motion
• Slow motion when running can be deactivated in the mod menu
• Super jump, bigger speeds = bigger jumps
• Wall run
• Auto healing
• Walk over water
• Supersonic punch attack
• Tornado attack
• "Heart Attack" attack
• Thrown Lightning attack
• Basic melee attacks
• Delayed light/blur FX that "follow" player character
• Rays that "follow" player when moving
• Hijack vehicles
• Possibility to customize the FX/rays colors in the mod menu

Now, if only DC Comics would make an official Flash game that looked this good ...

If you want to check out the mod for yourself, head over to Julio's official site — or, if the Fastest Man Alive isn't quite your style, make sure to check out some of Julio's other works.
