Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has a new and a bit lengthy trailer where protagonist Adam Jensen can be seen narrating about his in-game haunts, new abilities and other exciting gameplay mysteries.

Set in a futuristic tech-filled world of 2029, the game's new trailer explicitly lays out what players can actually do in the game. It features the star from the previous Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and cybernetically augmented humans, otherwise known as augs, in a game where normal people consider augmentations as dangerous and unnatural.

"Now an experienced covert operative, Adam Jensen is forced to operate in a world that has grown to despise his kind. Armed with a new arsenal of state-of-the-art weapons and augmentations, he must choose the right approach, along with whom to trust, in order to unravel a vast worldwide conspiracy," says the game overview.

Apart from Adam Jensen, other game characters that players can expect to meet include Viktor Marchenko, Talos Rucker, Vaclav Koller, Jim Miller, Alex Vega and Elias Chikane.

In the new trailer, players will see some of Jensen's cool new augs that include the Titan shield and explosive nanoblades. There are also the new advanced customization options for weapons that players can tailor to match the play style of their choice.

Players will also find a lot of non-lethal approaches that Jensen can take in the game. Compared to the first game where avoiding boss battles is not possible, the latest Mankind Divided release can be completed without having to kill anyone during gameplay.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be launched on Aug. 23 for Windows, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. To highlight the event further, two special packages will also be available on that day.

The standard Day One Edition will retail at $59.99 and will include the game, an extra mission, as well as a covert agent pack that contains re-skins, weapons and upgrades. It will also ship with digital books and soundtrack sampler.

The Collector's Edition set includes all of the contents from the Day One Edition, as well as a 48-page art book in a special housing case and a 9-inch figure of Adam Jensen, at the price of $139.99.

There's also an access to the game's Season Pass included in the Digital Deluxe Edition set ($89.99). Likewise, players can get the Season Pass separately beginning on Aug. 23. In the meantime, check out the new trailer below.
