OnePlus recently told the media that six Exclusive Service Centers (ESCs) will open up in India, and the first facility is already available in Bangalore.

The other five will be in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi.

According to India Express, the ESC centers will offer clients solutions to their problems in one hour tops.

OnePlus is dedicated to offering exceptional smartphone experiences and global support at the highest standards, and the new service centers are destined to back the resolution.

The centers will do more than simply troubleshoot clients' technical issues.

They will act as omnichannel retail centers, meaning that customers can go and test out OnePlus' products before making an acquisition. What is more, the ESCs will bring pickup and drop services, covering devices from locations that belong to the identical city as the service center.

OnePlus has a lush season ahead of it, as the announcement of the service centers comes right before the release of the upcoming flagship, OnePlus 3. Insiders familiar with the matter say that the handset will land in June.

Earlier this year, the OEM pulled a marketing stunt by offering free Loop VR headsets to those who preordered the device. The popularity of the VR device was staggering, as the stores emptied quickly.

OnePlus says that it will bring a secondary batch of Loop VR on Amazon between June 4 and June 7. The headsets will be priced at Rs. 1 ($0.015), with limited stocks available. The idea is to convince users to watch the OnePlus 3 release from the comfort of their homes via the VR telecast.

It should be noted that the OnePlus 3 is the first smartphone to be released in an exclusive VR environment.

As a reminder of the specs and features of the OnePlus 3, the device reportedly packs a 5.5-inch full-HD display screen. The device will rely on a powerful Snapdragon 820 chipset for processing power. Two variants of specs are expected: the basic OnePlus 3 will be loaded with 32 GB of internal space and 4 GB of RAM, while the premium version will holster 64 GB of internal storage and a beefy 6 GB of RAM. Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed on both devices.

So far, no other information exists on the phones' configurations.
