Grand Theft Auto V's online mode, GTA Online, just received a ton of new content in the form of the Finance and Felony update. For the first time, players will be able to become a CEO of their own criminal empire and take part in the trafficking, buying and selling of illegal contraband on a large scale.

To become a CEO, players will need to first purchase an executive office. These aren't normal offices, though. Each deluxe suite comes with a number of perks for players to take advantage of, including a full-time assistant, an arcade game cabinet, a customizable weapon locker, a helipad and an all-so-important boardroom. From the executive suite, players can then access the SecuroServ Special Cargo Network, allowing players to invest in warehouses throughout Los Santos.

Those warehouses will be important, as it is there that players will store illegal cargo trafficked into the city. First, however, players have to acquire the goods. Buy missions are broken down into three categories according to difficulty. The more crates of contraband up for grabs, the more difficult the mission. Players will need a skilled team in order to successfully pull off these missions.

Buy missions come in 20 different varieties. Perform 10 successful buy missions, and you can then accept a special item mission. These missions will see players attempting to snag rare prizes like an extra large diamond. The only downside is that such a big profile operation is sure to attract the attention of not only the authorities but also rival crime groups.

However, acquiring cargo is only half the battle. Players then must sell it by undergoing sell missions, and that's if rival criminal gangs don't attempt to destroy your cargo by attacking your warehouse first. Earning contraband, defending it and eventually selling it will be a constant struggle, but it will be well worth it once those huge profits start coming in.

Rockstar is looking to give players a few new ways to spend all that hard-earned cash in the form of 11 new vehicles, including new super cars. Rockstar is also discounting a number of weapons by 25 percent so up and coming organizations can stock up. There are also new weapon attachments and executive-themed clothing now available, like the Drum and Box magazine attachment and SecuroServ clothing line.

The Finance and Felony update is just the latest addition to Grand Theft Auto V's multiplayer, which is still going strong three years later. With updates like this, it doesn't look like that will be changing anytime soon. You can read more about the update here.
