WWE 2K17 is taking a different approach to unveiling wrestlers this year by introducing groups of wrestlers via interactive online neighborhoods collectively referred to as "Suplex City."

Today's announcement of 19 wrestlers coming to the game hail from the Amusement Park, the first of five to-be-revealed "Suplex City" neighborhoods. Here's the wrestlers who call the Amusement Park their home: Aiden English, Booker T, Brian Pillman, Brie Bella, Chris Jericho, Diego, Erick Rowan, Fernando, Heath Slater, Jey Uso, Jim Neidhart, Jimmy Uso, Konnor, Larry Zbyszko, Nikki Bella, R-Truth, Simon Gotch, Ultimate Warrior and Viktor.

2K is set to continue revealing wrestlers in the coming weeks via clue-filled teaser images that correspond to the variety of other neighborhoods of Suplex City. You can check out the teaser image for the Amusement Park neighborhood toward the bottom of the page to give you an idea of what to expect in the weeks ahead.

In addition to revealing the 19 wrestlers above, 2K games is also giving fans their first real look at the game in action via cover star Brock Lesnar's in-game entrance video. Check it out below.

At first glance, the graphical differences from WWE 2K16 to WWE 2K17 aren't immediately apparent, but as pointed out in this tweet, the changes are definitely there.

Will the models of other wrestlers receive a similar overhaul? Hard to say, but so far so good.

Those who preorder the game will receive two different playable versions of Goldberg, one representing his time with the WWE and the other his time with WCW. Those who preorder will also receive two iconic wrestling venues in the form of WCW Monday Nitro and WCW Halloween Havoc.

"It's just a really cool deal to be a character in WWE 2K17," Goldberg said. "Whether it's Nitro or Halloween Havoc, to have me as an available character, it's really cool. It's a tribute."

WWE 2K17 arrives on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on Oct. 11. The game follows in the footsteps of the critically-acclaimed WWE 2K16, which famously featured the largest wrestler roster of any game in the WWE 2K wrestling game series.
