iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus details continue to leak ahead of their September unveiling. What are reportedly images of the iPhone 7's internals give us a look at its motherboard, SIM connector, 2 GB of RAM and its next-generation A10 processor.

Samsung just unveiled the latest member of its Galaxy Note family, when it launched the Galaxy Note 7 on Aug. 2. The handset was one of the most-leaked and highly-anticipated smartphones over the last few months, and now that it's about to go on sale, leaks of Apple's next-generation iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus/Pro are multiplying, with new information and images making daily headlines.

In late July, we reported that Apple's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus/Pro's press event was expected to take place on Sept. 6, and that the company would supposedly open up preorders for its new iPhones on Friday, Sept. 9. The source claimed Apple would release the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus/Pro on Friday, Sept. 16.

The latest iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus/Pro leak now comes in the form of images that reportedly show the motherboard of the devices. In addition, the faster A10 processor, which will make its debut on the handsets, is shown. The SIM slot connector on the board is located below the A10 and M10 motion processors, which are believed to be exclusively manufactured by TSMC. Last year's iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus used A9 processors built by TSMC and Samsung. In terms of on board RAM, sources believe the motherboard contains 2 GB of RAM, which is expected on the iPhone 7, while reports claim the larger 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus/Pro will ship with 3 GB of RAM due to its dual-lens rear camera.

The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus/Pro will be evolutions of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, and to make up for the lack of a new design, the focus will be on internal upgrades, enhanced rear cameras and new 3D Touch Home button, which will reportedly use the same technology Apple uses in the trackpads found on the MacBook and MacBook Pro.

Another major feature the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus/Pro will reportedly introduce, and that is sure to upset some users, will be the removal of the standard 3.5 mm headphone port. The company is expected to ship new Lightning-equipped EarPods in each smartphones' box, and the headsets were recently spotted on video.

This surely isn't going to be the last iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus/Pro leak before the phones are officially released, and we'll be sure to keep you posted on any additional information as it becomes available.
