The Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo has seen its share of leaks over the last couple of weeks. The latest news comes in the form of its official user manual hitting the web.

Motorola hasn't let its breakup with Google interfere with its smartphone future. In fact, now that the company has been acquired by Lenovo it has been receiving high praise for its latest handsets like the new Moto X and Moto G. The company is also widely believed to be Google's partner on the first smartphone to ship with the all-new Android L OS.

The Motorola Nexus 6 recently made an appearance on GFXBench where the 5.9-inch phablet outperformed all current flagship Android smartphones and even scored better than Apple's new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in some tests. Most reports claim Google will officially announce the Nexus 6 alongside the HTC Nexus 9 at an Android L event later this month or in early November. The Nexus 6 is also rumored to be the first Nexus smartphone to be offered by Verizon since the 2011 Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

Verizon will also be launching a very impressive unannounced smartphone from Motorola called the Droid Turbo, which we first reported on back in August. The smartphone has seen multiple leaks and it appears as if Verizon and Motorola are close to an official announcement and release.

Moto Firmware received the official Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo User's Guide (PDF) and posted it to Twitter. The manual provides all of the important details and features regarding the Droid Turbo. It confirms that the smartphone will boast a 5.2-inch 2560 x 1440 Quad HD display and a high-end 21-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and 2160p video recording.

The Verizon Droid Turbo will also feature powerful internals, like a 2.65 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, Adreno 420 GPU (graphics processing unit), and 3 GB of RAM. The handset will ship with Android 4.4.4 KitKat and 32 GB of internal storage. The Droid Turbo will also support wireless charging out of the box.

The Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo is expected to be announced in the very near future. We'll be sure to keep you up to date on any new Droid Turbo news.
