Labor Day Video Game Console Deals: You Can Save $100 On Xbox One 1 TB Or 500 GB Bundles At Walmart

The first Monday of September is coming up and that means Labor Day for Americans and Canadians. Coupled with Microsoft's recent release of the Xbox One S and Sony's expected unveiling of its new console later this month, this Labor Day weekend sale has some of the steepest console and video game bundle price cuts in recent memory.

Xbox One And Xbox One S

Some of these biggest price cuts for Xbox console bundles, at the moment of this writing, happen to be offered by Walmart. According to its online catalog, Walmart now offers the Xbox One White 500 GB Gears of War Special Edition bundle for $249 from its original $349 price. Another big price reduction falls on the Xbox One 500 GB Quantum Break bundle, which now sells for $249 from its $348.60 list price.

Walmart also slashed $100 off of the Xbox One 1 TB Tom Clancy's The Division bundle and brought it down to $299. Both the Xbox One 1 TB Value bundle that comes with Gears of War, Rare Replay, Ori & Blind Forest and the Xbox One 1 TB Rainbow Six Siege bundle, which were listed for $399, are now also down to $299.

Microsoft is also taking part in the festivities and offers steep discounts for Xbox One bundles on its online store. The Xbox One The LEGO Movie Videogame bundle that was listed for $299, now sells for $249. Microsoft is also throwing in a 50-dollar gift code and a free game for most of its console-video game bundles.

Even the Xbox One S 500 GB Halo Collection bundle is getting the $50 gift code and free game for every purchase. Note that the promotional sale for this specific bundle ends on Sept. 6.

PlayStation 4

PlayStation 4 bundle prices are also seeing sizable price cuts. The PlayStation 4 500 GB bundle that comes with discs for both Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 standard edition and NBA 2K16 was listed for $429, but with it is now down to $349.

eBay retailers are also offering good discounts for PS4 bundles. A brand new Sony PlayStation 4 500 GB console with an extra controller is currently offered for $299, which 25 percent less than the regular price. Another seller slashed $20 off of the PS4 500 GB - Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 bundle, which will be just for $329 at checkout.

Dell is also offering the PS4 500 GB - Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for its regular price of $349, but with a $100 Dell promo eGift card included.

Wii U

Nintendo, on its eBay account, currently lists a factory refurbished white 32 GB Wii U for $225, roughly $75 off the original price. Each purchase gets complimented by a $25 eBay Gift Card.
