Best Buy has kicked off an attractive new deal for LG fans, offering a free 32-inch LG smart TV with the LG V20 or LG G5 on Sprint or Verizon.
For those who were already planning on buying one of LG's highest-end smartphones, this deal could be a great fit.
Both the LG G5 and the more recent LG V20 are powerful smartphones able to handle virtually any task you throw at them and they're among the best Android smartphones of 2016.
Free LG Smart TV
Best Buy is now sweetening the deal by throwing in a free 32-inch LG LED 720p Smart TV with either the LG G5 or the LG V20. To take advantage of this deal, customers have to buy and activate their preferred LG smartphone with either Sprint or Verizon Wireless.
The fine print reveals that the offer also requires customers to purchase the LG G5 or LG V20 on Sprint's 24-month installment, Verizon Device Payment, or a two-year contract.
When these terms and conditions are met, Best Buy will automatically add the free LG Smart TV to your cart along with the LG V20 or LG G5.
LG G5 Extra Freebies
While the LG G5 is not as powerful as the LG V20, it comes with more treats from Best Buy. In addition to the 32-inch LG TV, the retailer is also throwing in a free accessory bundle consisting of an extra battery, an additional USB Type-C cable and a charging cradle. The three-piece accessory bundle is not available for the LG V20 purchase.
As a refresher, the LG G5 sports a 5.3-inch QHD display (2,560 x 1,440 pixels), a Snapdragon 820 processor, 4 GB of RAM, a 2,800 mAh battery (removable) and offers customization options via modular extensions called LG G5 Friends. The Sprint LG G5 has already started getting Android 7.0 Nougat.
The LG V20, meanwhile, rocks a larger 5.7-inch QHD display (2,560 x 1,440 pixels) and a secondary screen at the top for quick access to apps, notifications and shortcuts. Other specs include a Snapdragon 820 processor and 4 GB of RAM, among the highlights. The LG V20 also launched as the first non-Nexus/Pixel device to run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
