Any Pokémon breeder knows that raising Pokémon is not exactly a walk in the park, and the case is more or less the same in Pokémon Sun and Moon.

On that note, there's a good way to hatch eggs fast and make the entire process a whole deal easier when it comes to getting the Pokémon with the right nature and gender through breeding.

How To Hatch Eggs Fast

Step 1: Finish the Melemele Island first because you need to have access to the Pokémon nursery at Paniola Ranch in Akala Island.

Step 2: Find a Pokémon that has the ability Flame Body. In battle, it gives your Pokémon a 30 percent chance to burn an attacking opponent when it uses a move that makes contact, but outside of battle, it cuts down the number of cycles an egg needs to hatch by half, which is what we need here.

Note: For the record, you have to include the Pokémon with Flame Body and the egg you want to hatch in your team.

Step 3: Leave two compatible Pokémon at the nursery. For those who don't know, you can use a Ditto to mate with any other Pokémon you want.

Step 4: Look for an area with a long stretch of road and run back and forth for a while, preferably on your Tauros Poké Ride to move things along.

Step 5: Return to the nursery and talk to the female NPC outside beside the Miltank to claim your egg and add it to your party.

Step 6: Go back to the area you've chosen where you ran back and forth and take another go at it for about 60 seconds, and the egg should hatch by then.

That's all there is to it, but more than that, you can breed Pokémon quickly to boot.

All you have to do is let the two Pokémon you left in the nursery stay there while you're out hatching your egg. By the time it's ready to crack open, the lady outside by the Miltank will have another egg ready to give to you.

Where To Find A Pokémon With Flame Body

Before wrapping things up, you can catch three Pokémon with Flame Body early in the game, including Magby at Wela Volcano Park, Fletchinder on Route 8 at the northernmost part of Akala Island, and Litwick at Hau'oli Cemetery — that is, if you use Island Scan on a Saturday in Melemele Island.
