Blizzard has unleashed the Overwatch Halloween Terror 2017 event, bringing with it 50 new unlockables that include several new skins and a revamped version of the popular brawl from last year.

Overwatch's Halloween event will run until Nov. 2 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, which means that players have just over three weeks to collect the skins that they want and to play their hearts out on Junkenstein's Revenge.

New 'Overwatch' Halloween Skins: Which One Is Your Favorite?

The return of Overwatch's Halloween event, like Summer Games 2017, brings back skins from last year's edition, including favorites such as Witch Mercy, Dr. Junkenstein Junkrat, and Junkenstein's Monster Roadhog.

Players, however, are rightfully excited for the healthy number of new skins that can now be acquired from loot boxes or purchased through the in-game store. The new skins that players can collect are Corsair Ana, Cultist Zenyatta, Dracula Reaper, Dragon Symmetra, Jiangshi Mei, Totally 80's Zarya, Van Helsing McCree, and Viking Torbjörn.

While all the new skins have their own charm and flair, especially Zarya with a Donna Summers look, what appears to be drawing the most excitement online is the Dragon Symmetra skin.

A recent Overwatch leak spoiled the skin, but the love for it has not dwindled in any way. Dragon Symmetra, which may have taken inspiration from the Zerg of Blizzard's StarCraft universe, has already been the subject of various fanart and tweets of praise.

Junkenstein's Revenge Returns

This year's Halloween event brings back the insanely fun Junkenstein's Revenge, but this time, it comes in two flavors. The first version is the same one last year, while the second version is an endless mode that replaces the roster of heroes with Genji, Torbjörn, Widowmaker, and Zenyatta.

In Junkenstein's Revenge, players choose one of four heroes and team up with three other players to fight back against incoming hordes of enemies and bosses. Teamwork is the name of the game, as players need to communicate well with each other to have any hopes of survival.

What Else Is In 'Overwatch' Halloween Terror 2017?

In total, there are 140 event-specific cosmetic items available from loot boxes while Overwatch's 2017 Halloween event runs, including the 50 new seasonal items. In addition to skins, players will be able to acquire new highlight intros, emotes, and sprays.

In addition to the unlockables, Overwatch Halloween Terror 2017 offers updated versions of the Hollywood and Eichenwalde maps to better reflect the mood of the event.
