LEGO has created an awesome looking S.H.I.E.L.D. Hellicarrier, and it costs just as much as an Xbox One. The design is similar to that of the Hellicarrier that appeared in the first Avengers movie, and it comes with a few goodies to keep fans tinkering.

Folks, who are interested in purchasing this splendid looking toy, will be asked to pay $349.99 for the pleasure. Clearly, it is not for everyone, and more than likely only LEGO collectors will go out of their way to have this on their table.

From what we've come to understand, the Hellicarrier is 31-inches in length, and requires 2,996 pieces of LEGO to build. It means that it would take more than a day to build for people with busy lives, because it is not easy picking through nearly 3,000 pieces of LEGO to create such a giant toy.

Included in the package are three fighter jets, three Quinjets, two runways, and mini action LEGO figures of Nick Fury, Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Maria Hill. There are also figures of a bunch of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents as well, but we doubt fans would care about them much.

We like the fact that the designers have included functional lights in the package. These lights should make the finished product even more interesting and fun to look at.

For those who are interested in owning the LEGO S.H.I.E.L.D. Hellicarrier, it will be available on the company's website and in stores.

Are there others?

Well, we have no idea if there are other LEGO Hellicarriers, but we do know there's a Star Wars Death Star and it costs more to own. It comes with 3,803 pieces of LEGO that includes 24 mini-figures and droids, plus all-new Dianoga trash compactor monster. Also found in this set is 6 exclusive droids that cannot be found anywhere else, so collectors should be ready to swipe $399.99 from their pockets.

We have to say though, the Hellicarrier looks a lot better when compared to the Death Star. Many fans might not agree with us, but come on, just look at both and be serious in your assessment.
