Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens won't be in theaters until December, but we will get a good look at some of the toys for the film at this year's San Diego Comic-Con from July 9-12.

We can expect toys for all the major characters and new vehicles seen in the upcoming film from J.J. Abrams. For right now, however, Disney and Lucasfilm are keeping their cards close to their chest, revealing only toys based on the new "First Order" Stormtroopers we will be seeing in the film.

Entertainment Weekly has all the details. First up is Lego's Buildable First Order Trooper, which will include 81 separate pieces that must be assembled to create a 9-inch tall figure. This particular toy will go on sale Jan. 1, 2016.

From Mattel we have yet another Star Wars character-themed car from the company's Hot Wheels line, this one for the First Order Trooper, and it features some cool box-art of the Trooper firing a blaster.

Last but certainly not least, we come to Hasbro. The toy company has been killing it with its detailed "Black Series" collectible figures, and the First Order Trooper will soon be joining their ranks. Unlike some of these other toys, this 6-inch figure will be available for purchase at San Diego Comic-Con and afterwards in limited supply on HasbroToyShop.com. The figures sold at the show and online shortly afterward will feature Comic-Con exclusive packaging. The figures will retail for $24.99.

These new Stormtroopers look sleek and dangerous, but we still don't know much about the First Order they fight for or how they relate to the Stormtroopers of old. We will know the answers to those questions in the coming months. In the meantime, kids will have plenty of fun using these toys and their imaginations to fill in the blanks.
