In a bid to offer a revolutionary theme park experience - especially to Ubisoft's games fanatics - the Ubisoft Motion Pictures is now teaming up with the Malaysian theme park developer, RSG, to create what they claim the "next-generation theme park."

Reports say the theme park is slated to entertain people in 2020 and will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The theme park is believed to spread across 10,000 square meters and to showcase rides, shows as well as other attractions that will purportedly be based from the Ubisoft's games as well as characters.

"Together we are creating a place where every guest is a player, every ride is a playground, every visit is a game," stated Jean de Rivieres, Ubisoft Motion Pictures' senior vice president. "In RSG, we've found a partner with a successful track record in working with international brands, a shared ambition to design the family destination of the future, and a wealth of expertise in theme park development."

Rivieres added that Ubisoft will handle the digital media for all the rides. It will also be in control in designing the visitors' journey into the park to make sure they will have the best experience.

People will expect, according to the Ubisoft's executive, some components to be designed after Assassin's Creed, Just Dance, as well as Rabbids.

The company touts to immerse men and women in "reactive worlds" where they can interact with one another and be the "heroes of their own life-sized game."

Rivieres also added that Malaysia is Asia's second most visited country, noting a World Tourism Organization's 2014 report. She believes the region boasts of a growing middle class with an increasing income as well as an appetite for entertainment.

Another report states the company is also formulating an Assassin's Creed movie which will star Michael Fassbender as the assassin.

Recently, an image of Fassbender in costume was leaked, including more details about his character in the film. Produced by the 20th Century Fox and New Regency, the movie is set to be released on theaters on Dec. 21, 2016, reports say.

"We are confident that this partnership agreement highly benefits both parties and consolidates our presence in the global family entertainment market," said Ramelle Ramli, the RSG's chairman.
