Marvel fans of New York Comic Con now have an extra reason to be delighted. The entertainment company's television division has released a lineup of who will be dropping by this year, and in addition to the panels featuring their shows Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (which will premiere a new episode during their October 9 slot) and Agent Carter (scheduled to speak with unspecified panelists on October 10), the major players in Marvel and Netflix's new series Jessica Jones will also be coming up to bat.

On October 10, the cast will be answering questions from the press at a panel set for the Main Stage, which will also highlight other Marvel shows. While the cast members in attendance have not been specified, Marvel's press release implies that it will be comprised of the main characters.

"With so much of Marvel's history rooted in New York City, it is only right for us to save our biggest reveals and announcements for New York Comic Con," said Jeph Loeb, the head of Marvel Television.

Starring Krysten Ritter (Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, Veronica Mars) in the titular role, the Jessica Jones cast also includes David Tennant (Doctor Who) as the villain Killgrave (otherwise known as Purple Man in the Marvel universe), Rachael Taylor (Crisis) as former child star and Jessica's best friend Trish "Patsy" Walker, Mike Colter (Ringer, Halo 5: Guardians) as superhero Luke Cage and Carrie-Anne Moss (Disturbia) as Harper, Jessica's strongest ally.

Here is Marvel's official synopsis for the show:

"After a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City."

Jessica Jones will be available for streaming on Netflix on November 20.
