Asus has launched a smartwatch face customization app called ZenWatch FaceDesigner for the original ZenWatch and the latest ZenWatch 2.

Owners of the first-generation and the second-generation Asus ZenWatch can download ZenWatch FaceDesigner from the Google Play Store and start customizing their watch faces.

Once the app has been installed, users have the option to pick from a range of five watch face designs. Users can also change many more aspects of the watch face, which best suits their personal style.

"Aside from its simplicity, the ZenWatch FaceDesigner also offers a variety of options for you to choose from such as background image and color, tick, icon, text color, date info, weather info, battery info, missed call info, time zone info, tep count, burned calories, plus more. You can even pick your own favorite image as your watch's background or icon for a more personalized touch," per the product description of ZenWatch FaceDesigner on the Play Store.

The latest Asus ZenWatch 2 has recently hit the shelves and it comes in two sizes: 1.63-inch (49mm) and 1.45-inch (45mm). The smartwatch is available in three color options and users can choose from a wide range of variety colors and strap combinations.

ZenWatch FaceDesigner may come handy for ZenWatch and ZenWatch 2 owners who want to customize the watch face regularly.

The Asus watch face designing app is compatible only with ZenWatch and the ZenWatch 2, which may even attract smartwatch customers to the new Asus offering. The latest ZenWatch 2 is available from the Play Store and BestBuy for $149.99, which makes the wearable one of the most affordable Android Wear smartwatches available in the market.

Majority of the users on the Google Play Store have given a five-star rating to the app, which indicates that users are appreciating ZenWatch FaceDesigner.

"Good fun app. Easy to use," commented a user on the Play Store.

The app is available as a free download from the Play Store and weighs only 17MB.
