Samsung has announced that it has teamed up with Ubisoft once again to offer a free copy of Assassin's Creed Syndicate to customers who purchase one of its select solid-stated drives or curved monitors.

The South Korean electronics maker says in a press release that the offer is available for customers who want a copy of the latest installment in the Assassin's Creed franchise for PC. Xbox One and PlayStation 4 gamers are, unfortunately, not eligible for the offer.

"Samsung's monitors and award-winning SSDs deliver the ultimate gaming experience, with stunning visuals, incredibly fast load times and reliable performance," says Andrew Sivori, vice president of CE-IT product marketing at Samsung Electronics America. "Through our partnership with Ubisoft, players can experience entirely transformed gameplay and become immersed into the world of Assassin's Creed like never before."

SSDs, although more expensive than traditional hard drives, are considered the future of storage. Samsung's line of V-NAND flash memory SSDs, in particular, claim faster speeds, better efficiency and lower latency, which can all benefit players navigating Ubisoft's version of the streets of Victorian Era London in the 1860s.

Unfortunately, SSDs aren't exactly low-cost forms of storage. The cheapest one gamers can pick up with the Assassin's Creed Syndicate bundle is the 850 EVO Sata III, which can be purchased for $169.99, followed by the 850 EVO M.2 SATA in 500GB, which is available at $174.70, and the $174.99 850 EVO mSATA 500GB. The 850 Pro Sata III 500GB is a bit pricier at $227.88, while 950 Pro will be available with a price tag of $349.99. For a more compact solution, the Samsung T1 Portable 500GB is available at $199.99.

The offer is also available for the 1TB versions of the 850 Pro Sata III, 850 EVO Sata III, 850 EVO mSATA and Portable SSD T1. The 850 Pro Sata III and 850 EVO Sata III are also available in 2TB variations.

Meanwhile, the monitors included in the promo are the 23-inch and 28-inch UE590 UHD, 23.5-inch SE590CS, 27-inch SD590C, 27-inch SE591C, 29-inch SE79C, 31.5-inch SE590CS and 34-inch SE790C. All monitors, except for the 23-inch and 28-inch UE590 have curved screens, which Samsung claims should offer a "truly immersive" experience for gamers.

The deal is available for gamers who purchase one of the abovementioned SSDs or monitors from Nov. 1 until Jan. 2. However, those who are only after the game can pick it up for only $60 when it launches for the PC on Nov. 19.
