This year marks the 20th anniversary of Neon Genesis Evangelion, and now you can celebrate with a special Android smartphone that pays tribute to the iconic anime series.

Sharp has unveiled a limited edition version of its SH-M02 handset, the EVA20, that is decked out in purple and green and features an Evangelion outlined in white on the back. There's also some more pop of color with a couple of orange buttons on the side.

As if this smartphone needed more flair, it also comes with a collection of wallpapers that change daily, original character voices and sound effects from the series and a purple-and-green skin to top it all off.

Other than its vibrant appearance, the SH-M02-EVA20 comes with some pretty basic specs. It's got a 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that's expandable via a microSDHC slot.

Unfortunately, if you don't live in Japan, it's going to be tricky to get one of these handsets. You have to first apply through 7-Eleven's Japanese retail locations for a chance to purchase the smartphone, which retails for 84,240 yen, or about $703. Only 30,000 units are being produced with the first 5,000 to ship in December with the rest coming in April 2016, according to Engadget.

Now if you talk loudly on your smartphone on the Neon Genesis Evangelion-themed bullet train, perhaps your fellow passengers won't be quite as annoyed.
