I Am Rich
This app cost $999, eight people still managed to buy it and did nothing but display the words "I Am Rich." I am Rich was available for 24 hours and the creator was able to pocket $5,000 from the eight sales of the app.
DogWars
Dog fighting is outlawed for a reason, app developers thought this simulated dog fighting would go over well with everyone in the Google Play Store. Developers of the game tried to argue that this was all fantasy but the stigma around dog fighting caused the game to be removed from app stores.
Flappy Bird
The app was so bad that the creator had to take it down because it was "ruining" his life. It was an incredibly simple game to play but the press hounded the creator so much that he chose to remove the game from the app store after a couple of months of popularity, which brought it advertising revenue of $50,000 per day.

Apple didn't care for women in bikinis smiling and farting. This app didn't offer much in terms of entertainment besides just being able to see pretty women, scantily clad doing something that is widely considered to be disgusting.
Puff
Just like the last entry, there was a heavy focus on making women fart. This one included women that were wearing skirts that give the farts a bigger visual cue due to the movement of what the women are wearing.
Drivers License
What could possibly go wrong with an app that gave users real drivers license's templates? Lawmakers had to insist that the app be removed from the app store due to the nefarious possibilities of what people could do with drivers license templates.
Buzzed
What can be safer than an app that warns drivers about DUI checkpoints? Lawmakers also had to intervene with this app. Giving drunk drivers the ability to dodge DUI checkpouints is a matter of public safety.
