Chinese smartphone maker Vivo teased an image of the X6 smartphone's box, which is expected to sport 1GB of RAM dedicated to graphics.

The smartphone industry was expecting Vivo to launch the XPlay 5S, the successor of the XPlay 3S, in early November. However, the company surprised smartphone enthusiasts with a teaser image on its Weibo account that shows a gift box with X6 written on top of it.

Apart from the smartphone's name on top of the gift box, nothing else has been revealed by Vivo. However, rumors indicate that the X6 will be the first smartphone to include a dedicated 1GB graphic RAM.

The Vivo X6 may boast a large 6-inch QHD display protected by 2.5 D Corning Gorilla Glass 4. A Helio X20 deca-core processor and 4GB of RAM are expected to power the smartphone. The Vivo handset is expected to offer support for dual SIM and will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The upcoming Vivo mobile phone will also feature Force Touch technology, which is seen on the ZTE Axon Mini and Huawei Mate. The Vivo X6 is speculated to be equipped with a 21MP rear-facing camera and a 12MP selfie camera.

If rumors are to be believed, then the Vivo X6 will come with a 4,000mAh battery that will offer one full day of usage. The mobile phone is also estimated to include dual speakers with Hi-Fi chip for better sound input.

Report says the Vivo X6 will be just 4mm, or 0.15 inch thick, but will include a 3.5mm audio jack. If the rumors about the thickness of the phone are legit then the X6 will be one of the thinnest mobile phones available in the market.

Vivo has not confirmed a launch date for the X6, which means that customers will have to wait more before the handset is officially unveiled.
