The Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 is finally ready to make its official debut on Tuesday, Nov. 10, and a Q&A session on Twitter will address questions and concerns.

Qualcomm announced its new high-end mobile processor back in August, but didn't share any details at the time. The Snapdragon 820 was widely expected to make its formal debut sometime this month and it now seems that day has come.

Tim McDonough, vice president of product marketing at Qualcomm, took to Twitter to announce the Nov. 10 launch of the Snapdragon 820, along with the live Q&A. McDonough will be on the official Qualcomm Twitter account to answer any questions regarding the new mobile processor starting at 12:15 PM ET.

While this is a good way to make sure all necessary details are revealed, the Q&A likely aims to ease some concerns as well. The previous Snapdragon 810 processor faced a firestorm of criticism over its overheating issues and some whispers suggested that the Snapdragon 820 may face the same problems.

Qualcomm already stated that its new processor will not be plagued by any overheating issues, but there are still plenty of consumers and observers who are still concerned.

Aside from overheating woes, the Snapdragon 820 also generated a lot of hype and its formal debut is highly anticipated. The new chip is expected to power some of the hottest future flagships and deliver a 35 percent performance boost over its predecessor, the Snapdragon 810. More than 30 devices are already rumored to launch next year with the Snapdragon 820 on board and more will likely join the party later.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is one of the smartphones rumored to pack the Snapdragon 820, but it remains unconfirmed for now. The hotly-anticipated Xiaomi Mi 5 smartphone is also rumored to launch next month with the Snapdragon 820 under the hood, but no official information is available in this regards either.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 is still shrouded in mystery for the most part, but it should all become clear in just a few short hours.
