A night out with your friends is about to get better with Xtreme Tech LLC's brilliant product. The ePint is a smart, internet-connected beer mug that can covers your drinking party needs.

Yes, you read that correctly. The ePint is connected to the internet via the ePint app that is available for both iOS and Android devices. All you have to do is install the app and pair it with your gadget and you're good to go. What's more, you can control multiple mugs with one device, allowing you to "hack" your next party. 

The ePint is fitted with sensors that can tell if you're low on beverage and the number of mugs you've had. Plus, you can set your app to call a cab for you once a set number of refills is reached. Now that's responsible drinking!

You may be asking just how Xtreme Tech came up with this kind of product. The answer is simple. "We love sports, we love beer and we love technology so, with sports and beer hard to improve on, we came up with the idea of vastly improving the typical boring beer mug," Xtreme Tech wrote on its Kickstarter page.

Game Day won't be the same anymore. With ePint you can set your favorite team in the internet-connected app and the mug conveniently lights up with the team's color whenever they score.

The ePint is connected to your device via Bluetooth for up to a radius of 180 feet. The mug itself has a long lasting rechargeable battery and the app installed in your device uses up very little of your gadget's battery. It is made with durable polycarbonate material and has a stainless steel bottom that also serves as a bottle opener.

Xtreme Tech LLC's goal to kickstart the project by Dec. 5 is set at $50,000 and anyone who pledges at least $30 will be given an ePint of their own, which is a 50% price cut from the MSRP of $59.99 when full production begins.
