Yahoo is about to look a whole lot better for Firefox users.

Yahoo announced on Thursday the launch of its redesign exclusively for Firefox that features a new interface that includes more colors and visuals to its search results page.

The company's new desktop search makes photos and videos the main focal point of the page, to make browsing the web easier on the eyes.

"We saw a unique opportunity to reinvent the header and bring image and video results front and center," Yahoo VP for search distribution Mason Ng writes in a Tumblr post. "Now, when you search with Yahoo for famous people and movies, you'll see a beautiful strip of related videos and images across the top of the page."

The Yahoo Search in Firefox redesign pulls from the company's mobile version, such as presenting the important important and relevant information first, including the times and ability to buy tickets from Fandango when searching for a movie, or information IMDb info when searching for an actor.

When the user searchers for food, Yahoo Search in Firefox will display photos and reviews from Yelp. Stats and videos from Yahoo Sports of your favorite athlete will be front and center when searching for that particular player.

Since photos are a big part of the redesign, Yahoo is displaying images from Flickr, and users will also be able to view their own personal Flickr photo when you are signed into your account while doing an image search.

Yahoo Search for Firefox started rolling today for Windows, Mac and Linux users in the U.S.

Firefox users will also now be able to use the web browser on their iOS devices. Mozilla Firefox announced on Wednesday that Firefox for iOS is now available in the App Store worldwide.
