Facebook's boss Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan had their newborn angel Maxima a few weeks ago. However, it seems that the dad is already wishing her daughter to be as smart as a whip.

The young executive pushed out a photo showing off the couple reading the fictional book "Quantum Physics for Babies" to Max, who seems to be sound asleep.

He started his post with a punch line: that his next book for A Year of Books is "Quantum Physics for Babies."

"Just kidding," says the Facebook CEO. "It's actually 'World Order' by Henry Kissinger -- about foreign relations and how we can build peaceful relationships throughout the world."

He explained that Kissinger's book, which he highly recommends, is significant in building a better world for children. It seems that this is what Zuckerberg is thinking at the moment.

"I am loving reading to Max," he says.

He added that the coming year will certainly be "A Year of Children's Books."

"Starting her young, I see," comments Facebook user Lija Ozols Greenseid. "My kids were still just learning calculus at that age."

Lija's comment, which already garnered thousands of likes, prompted Zuckerberg to post a response.

"This made me laugh out loud," he replied.

Perhaps, Zuckerberg and his wife are very much aware of a study, which says that children who are read to during infancy and preschool years have way better language skills the moment they start school and are more fascinated in reading. Additionally, spending time with the kids reading stuff could also help nurture children's cognitive and social-economic growth.

"[T]he bigger picture now is to help parents build interactions with their children into their everyday lives because this can create nurturing relationships, which promote early brain development, early literacy, language development and school readiness," said Medical Director of Reach Out and Read Perri Klass, M.D., FAAP.

Earlier this month, Zuckerberg posted a photo on his Facebook account showing a sweet moment with him and his newborn daughter.
