He leads by example, he says all the right things, he knows what's best for you (the dislike button isn't) and he knows everything about what you, well, Facebook does. Those are some of the qualities that are apparently making Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg a great dad.

Zuckerberg's first child, Maxima or "Max" was born at the start of this month. It's been just a few weeks, yet it seems Zuckerberg is set on not sucking at parenthood. So we present for your consideration, three reasons Zucky gets dad of the year.

Diaper Duty
He anticipates changing thousands of diapers over the next few years, and he proved that by posting an image of himself tallying one. On Dec. 11, Zuckerberg shared a photo of himself changing baby Max's diaper.

"One more down, thousands to go," says Zuckerberg in the caption for the photo.

The Facebook CEO has been on paternity leave, so he should get a nice chunk of those diapers changed over the next month or so. Back on Nov. 20, he announced that he was taking two months of paternity leave to welcome his daughter to the world.

"Studies show that when working parents take time to be with their newborns, outcomes are better for the children and families," Zuckerberg said. "At Facebook we offer our U.S. employees up to four months of paid maternity or paternity leave which they can take throughout the year."

Quantum Physics
Little Max should have plenty of good books being read around her. Last Thursday, Zuckerberg posted a picture of him and Priscilla reading "Quantum Physics" for Babies to their daughter.

He joked that the children's book was the next on the schedule for A Year of Books, his Facebook book club. The next book is actually World Order by Henry Kissinger.

"I am loving reading to Max," said Zuckerberg. "Next year looks like it's going to be A Year of Children's Books!"

99 Percent Giveaway
Celebrating the birth of Max, Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan, a pediatrician, announced that they were giving away 99 percent of their Facebook shares to help make the world a better place now rather than later. Those shares are currently valued at about $45 billion.

"We know this is a small contribution compared to all the resources and talents of those already working on these issues," stated an open letter from the Mark and Priscilla Zuckerberg to their daughter. "But we want to do what we can, working alongside many others."

When they vowed they give away the majority of their fortune, the Zuckerbergs were over 130 other billionaires in a pledge to do so. It was started by Bill Gates and Warren Buffet in 2010, both of whom have given away tens of billions of dollars.

"Max, we love you and feel a great responsibility to leave the world a better place for you and all children," the open letter stated. "We wish you a life filled with the same love, hope and joy you give us. We can't wait to see what you bring to this world."
