Motorola is offering the Moto 360 smartwatch free with the purchase of 64 GB Moto X Pure Edition. The latest Motorola deal is ideal for customers who want to buy a smartphone as well as a smartwatch.

Motorola announced the Moto X Pure Edition, also known as Moto X Style, in July 2015, and it hit the shelves in September. The handset has impressive features and design that attract many customers.

"Looking for a phone that doesn't compromise, offers powerful performance, and looks gorgeous all at the same time? Then the bold new Moto X Style is for you. We certainly wouldn't call it 'Style' if it didn't complement yours, offering more customization options than any other phone on the market," says Motorola.

Here's a quick recap of the Moto X Pure Edition's specs: The device sports a 5.7-inch screen with a display resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels and 520 ppi. It comes running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor clocked at 1.8 GHz and 3 GB of RAM.

The Motorola smartphone is equipped with a 21-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. It has a 3,000 mAh battery and supports TurboPower charging that offers up to 10 hours of extra battery life in just 15 minutes of charge. It also supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and GPS connectivity.

It comes running on Android 5.1 Lollipop preinstalled. However, in early December 2015, the handset received Android 6.0 Marshmallow software update. Currently, the Moto X Pure Edition is one of the handful non-Nexus devices to run on Google latest mobile operating system.

The Moto X Pure Edition is available with 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB onboard storage options and are priced at $399.99, $449.99 and $499.99, respectively. The phone also has a microSD card slot that allows users to expand the memory to up to 128 GB with a microSD card.

As noted earlier, customers who want a 64 GB model of the phone can take advantage of a limited time deal and get the Moto 360 smartwatch for free. It should be noted that they will get the first-generation Moto 360 smartwatch, which the company is currently selling for $199.99.

Buyers who are interested should hurry and visit Motorola's website as the deal is for limited time only and is valid through Feb. 18 till 10:59 a.m. CT, or 11:59 ET. Customers will have to add the 64 GB Moto X Pure Edition and the Moto 360 to their cart and then will notice that the cost of the smartwatch will have been deducted automatically.
