Filming for "Doctor Strange" is in full swing in London and a video and some images of Benedict Cumberbatch and Chiwetel Ejiofor in action have emerged. At more than 18 minutes long, the video specifically shows the two filming a scene in what is supposed to be a street from New York City.

According to YouTube user Sanford Dickert, he was on his way to work when he caught the production. While sharing the video on the Web using Periscope, he also took the time to answer some questions for those who tuned in.

Good thing Dickert knows what he's talking about! Well, except for that part that he confused Ejiofor's Baron Mordo with the Martian Manhunter, which is a DC character. "Doctor Strange" is Marvel property.

At some point he just blurts out "It's an iPhone 6s" in the video, probably in response to people on Periscope chatting him up. They were probably in awe of the resolution at which Dickert was broadcasting. See for yourself!

Aside from Dickert, Twitter user Anything Cumberbatch was also keen on sharing images from the shoot, with one showing a bloodied Doctor Strange.

The first photo of Cumberbatch filming "Doctor Strange" came out in November 2015. Back then, however, the actor was not wearing his costume, although he looked scruffier than usual, sporting longer hair and the goatee and beard that Doctor Strange is known for.

Plans to make a "Doctor Strange" film have been around as far back as 1986. Now 30 years later, Marvel has all the pieces together, on track to release the movie on Nov. 4.

Before Cumberbatch was confirmed for the titular role, Joaquin Phoenix, Tom Hardy, Jared Leto and Johnny Depp were rumored to be the film's main star. Leto eventually joined "Suicide Squad" as the Joker and Marvel announced the "Sherlock" star as headlining the movie.

"Doctor Strange" tells the story of Dr. Stephen Strange, a talented neurosurgeon. When he figured in an accident and lost the use of his hands, he went on to become a different sort of doctor - an expert in mysticism and magic.

Cumberbatch and Ejiofor will be joined by Tilda Swinton as The Ancient One, Michael Stuhlbarg as Nicodemus West and Benedict Wong as Wong. Mads Mikkelsen, Rachel McAdams, Scott Adkins and Tony Paul West have also been cast.
