The AMC Theater revealed just how long the iconic DC Comics superheroes will take everyone for an epic ride in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice:" two hours and 31 minutes. Warner Brothers has already confirmed the running time for the PG-13 rated film.

This is just three minutes longer than Zack Snyder's previous film "Man of Steel" but 14 minutes shorter than Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises." Could this mean that Snyder's new film may be hinting at a win by Superman? Of course not because Batman is every bit as strong as Superman, as seen in the final trailer.

The final official trailer for the Zack Snyder directed finally dropped on Feb. 11 and showed some interesting moments which sparked Bruce Wayne's anger towards Superman, as well as featured the moment when he becomes on equal footing with the Kryptonian in terms of strength. If you don't remember the moment, watch the trailer again below.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is the first live-action film which will pit the two DC heroes against each other. Henry Cavill reprised his role as Clark Kent (Kal-El) and Superman while Ben Affleck is wearing the Dark Knight's cape for the first time.

The film will also introduce Gal Gadot as Diana Prince, the fierce Amazon princess we all know as the lasso-wielding Wonder Woman, and Jason Momoa as the King of the Seven Seas, Aquaman. While we are not sure how long the DC newcomers' exposure are in "Batman v Superman," we are sure that they will get a longer screen time in "Justice League: Part One" in 2017.

Also returning from "Man of Steel" are Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Diane Lane as Martha Kent. Jeremy Irons will take on the role of Bruce Wayne's most trusted butler, Alfred Pennyworth, and Jesse Eisenberg will take on the role of Lex Luthor, Jr.

Choose your side when "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" gets released in cinemas on March 25.
