Lady Gaga Confirms Return To 'American Horror Story' Season 6

We reported in January that "American Horror Story" (AHS) creator Ryan Murphy wanted Lady Gaga to come back for the sixth season of the series, following her Golden Globe-winning performance as the exceptionally glamorous vampire, The Countess, in "American Horror Story: Hotel." The director already gave a shout out to the singer in October 2015 about returning to the series, and on March 4, Lady Gaga finally confirmed that she will indeed come back to be part of the next AHS cycle.

The singer made the confirmation during an interview on Z100 radio where she talked about her performance of her Oscar nominated song "Til It Happens to You," which she co-wrote with Diane Warren and received positive reviews and moved the audience to tears.

The singer responded with a definite "yes" when she was asked about a possible return to the series but she noted that there is not much she can reveal about her role or the storyline.

"I can't promise you how or when or anything like that... Ryan will kill me if I tease anything," she said.

There must be something about Ryan Murphy and killing because FX President and General Manager John Landgraf was also afraid Murphy would kill him if he teased any more about the sixth season other than the dual time frame setting.

Lady Gaga will have an appearance similar to the more or less "series regulars" like Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson and Jessica Lange. In short, don't expect The Countess to return but do expect another great performance from Lady Gaga.

It would definitely be interesting if the singer's character would have knowledge about and a connection with Slenderman, the creature which Murphy was also reportedly planning to add into the season six storyline.
