Chances are that you just returned from a party but are too drunk and lazy to put up a status on Facebook. You can of course postpone doing that chore, but what if it's critically important for you to let your friends know what you've been up to? Well, you're in luck because there's an application that will help you generate Facebook status without you needing to fry your grey cells.

"What would I say?" is a web application that generates status updates for you by running your previous statuses in the background. All you need to do is just sign in with your Facebook account and hit the Generate Status button.

It is likely that the generated status might not make a perfect sense - actually, most of the time it is wittily nonsensical or nonsensically witty (whichever way you look at it) - but it will somehow look like your previous status updates. Hitting the "Post to Facebook" will publish the same to your profile.

Intrigued? The application is actually very simple and runs on Markov Bot algorithm. The algorithm simply scrambles words and data in a specific manner.

You should also not be worried about the privacy stuff as, the site explains, your personal information is only stored on your browser and nowhere else.

The app has been developed by eight Princeton University graduate students over the weekend HackPrinceton 2013 and it was made "just for fun."

"We never thought we would get further than showing this off at the Hackathon and to our friends on Facebook," said Ugne Klibaite, one of the developers.
