The main reason why we do most of our food delivery requests online or via apps is because we just don't want to have to deal with another human as we voice each item we want to order. With just a few clicks or taps, the whole process is complete, and our order is on the way.

However, if a few taps still seem like too much work, you're in luck, because Domino's is making sure that the only time you will have to raise a finger is when it's time to pick up the next slice.

Domino's is making it even easier to get pizza delivered thanks its new zero-click ordering app. That's right, you no longer have to even do a single thing in order to have a large extra cheese pie coming to your doorstep.

Well, technically, you do, but this app makes the pizza ordering process as seamless as it could possibly be.

The Zero Click app taps into the company's Easy Order feature that was first introduced back in 2013. When customers log in to their Domino's account online, they will be able to create a pizza profile that includes their favorite order, address and payment info. Once the user opens the new app, their saved Easy Order will automatically be re-ordered without a single thing having to be tapped. Just open the app and your order is on the way.

Zero Click features a 10-second timer before the order is officially made. This comes in handy for those who accidentally open the app or decide that they want to change their order.

While this might become an expensive eating habit for those who open the app frequently and don't notice, it pretty much is every lazy pizza lover's dream.

"We think about how to make digital ordering better all day and all night," Dennis Maloney, chief digital officer at Domino's, said in a press release. "Zero-click ordering is a dream come true for us. I'm not saying the idea came to me in a dream (and I'm not saying it didn't), but I challenge someone to dream up an easier way to order."

The Zero Click app isn't the only way Domino's has made ordering pizza easy in the past. The fast food chain allows customers to text or tweet a pizza emoji to get their Easy Order. They can also use Amazon Echo or speak their order when using the Domino's app.

Domino's Zero Click ordering app is now available to download for free for iOS and Android.
