The first trailer for the "Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" is here and will definitely send chills down your spine. It begins with Katniss stating to President Snow that she didn't want to be a part of the games, and only wanted to save her sister, along with keeping Peeta alive.

In his reply, President Snow said, "It's the things we love most that destroy us." It appears with this statement, Snow is trying to put fear into Katniss, but only time will tell if it works or not because things will get ugly before the movie comes to a close.

As the trailer continues, we get the chance to listen to the film's impressive score, which helped with boosting excitement for the movie. Chances are, we'd be in the theaters to see what will happen and if Katniss will finally manage to succeed and defeat President Snow.

However, since this is part one of a two-part film, things might not heat up until close to the end, a move that would give the director and writers more room to make "Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" an interesting film.

From the trailer, it appears Katniss is preparing to take on the Capitol, as the people are looking to her to lead them into battle, and a possible victory. Katniss is seen as an icon of freedom, while, for some reason, Peeta is seen as the Capitol's weapon. We have the feeling that Katniss and Peeta might square off in battle if he's truly working for President Snow and the Capitol.

Saving Peeta from the grips of the Capitol is still an aim of Katniss, but what if he chooses to turn his back on his people? That could complicate things a great deal, and make Katniss's life that much harder.

"Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" is based on the "Hunger Games" trilogy that was written by Suzanne Collins. The first two films have so far been a great success, and we expect nothing different from the third.

The film is aiming for a Nov. 21 release in theaters, and it appears moviegoers will have to wait another year to get a taste of the final piece of the puzzle.
