Quicksilver hands-down stole the show in X-Men: Days of Future Past.

The speedster saved the day in extremely cool fashion, sprinting around rooms and disarming baddies or having them shoot at one another. He's so fast, it's as if everybody else is moving in slow-motion, allowing the hero to set up all kinds of crazy scenarios for our viewing pleasure.

Here's hoping Quicksilver is just as great in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse. If he isn't, at least fans can look back fondly on this entertaining video of the character exploring the Wasteland of Fallout 4.

Creator EzPlays has managed to craft a Fallout 4 persona that looks nearly identical to the film version of Quicksilver, goggles and all. As in Days of Future Past, this video game version of Quicksilver puts on some tunes just before going to town on a bunch of enemies, using his super speed.

In this video, as in the movie, Quicksilver's super speed appears more like slow-motion. In this Fallout 4 video, it's because that's exactly the case. EzPlays used a "bullet time" mod for the game to slow down combat, allowing for his Quicksilver to attack foes before they even have time to react.

This allows for some pretty great setups. Quicksilver can throw multiple Molotov cocktails and have them all suspended in mid-air. When the slow-motion effect wears off, all the bottles come crashing down on one unsuspecting victim, completely obliterating him. Quicksilver even does battle with a giant robot (let's just says it's a Sentinel) by firing dozens of rockets at the massive metal behemoth while in slow-motion. Once the game returns to normal speed, the machine is brought to its knees in one gigantic explosion. You can check out the full video below.

It's all pretty cool, and a great reminder of what makes the X-Men film universe's version of Quicksilver so much fun. He's fast, quirky and creative, which makes every moment he's on screen entertaining. Here's hoping he gets a chance to steal the spotlight in X-Men: Apocalypse, in theaters on May 27.
