The highly anticipated OnePlus 3 smartphone just received TENAA certification, confirming its key specs.

TENAA is basically the Chinese version of the FCC and it's one of the last stops before a device is ready to hit the market. The OnePlus 3 has starred in numerous leaks and rumors so far and as its official debut draws closer, the new TENAA listing basically confirms what we already knew.

More specifically, the government agency's listing reveals that the OnePlus 3 will sport a 5.5-inch full HD display, a 2.15 GHz processor (likely the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820) and a hefty 4 GB of RAM. Other listed specs include 64 GB of internal storage and a 3,000 mAh battery to keep things up and running.

The OnePlus 3 will further feature a 16-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel selfie cam, a full-metal design and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow on board out of the box.

The TENAA images show a sleek metal unibody design with antenna bands reminiscent of the HTC One line, a front-mounted fingerprint scanner and what looks like a silent-mode switch. The photos also hint at a slightly protruding rear camera.

When it comes to color options, the third-generation flagship killer from OnePlus should come in Gray, Black and Gold avatars.

OnePlus has already been teasing its upcoming OnePlus 3 unveiling and the recent Loop VR launch hints at great things to come. The OnePlus 3 is expected to become official on June 14 and fans should be able to enjoy an exciting VR launch experience even without the VR headset.

In the meantime, OnePlus is already trying to make room for the new iteration by clearing stock of its existing models. With this in mind, the company applied a permanent price cut to all three of its smartphones, selling the OnePlus One, OnePlus 2 and OnePlus X at $50 off their previous prices.

These price cuts translate to a $299 price tag for the OnePlus 2, $199 for the midrange OnePlus X and $299 for the OnePlus One.

If you prefer waiting for the latest flagship, it won't be long now. We'll let you know as soon as the OnePlus 3 breaks cover, so stay tuned.
