AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile have announced Samsung Galaxy Note 4 preorders and release date information. If you've been wondering just how much the phablet will cost off contract, let's take a look.

Apple just announced that it sold over 10 million iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus units during its launch weekend. That number is reportedly resonating with Samsung as it watches its biggest rival enter the phablet market that its Galaxy Note series has dominated. Samsung has moved up the launch date of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in South Korea and will release the 5.7-inch phablet on Sept. 26 instead of its originally announced "early October" date.

We recently reported that AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile have announced Galaxy Note 4 preorders, price and release date. AT&T and Verizon have kicked off preorders and both carriers are charging $299.99 for the 32-GB Galaxy Note 4 when signing a new 2-year contract. T-Mobile will begin taking preorders on Sept. 24 and will charge zero down and 24 monthly payments of $31.24. Sprint will start preorders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on Sept. 26 and has priced the smartphone at $350 with a new 2-year contract.

If you're not looking to sign your life away to a wireless carrier for two years to qualify for the subsidized pricing, here's how much you can expect to shell out for an off-contract Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

AT&T comes in with the highest off-contract pricing for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The carrier is going to charge $825 to customers who prefer not signing a new 2-year contract.

T-Mobile will sell the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for $750 with no strings attached.

Sprint will undercut AT&T and T-Mobile by charging its customers $720 to score the Galaxy Note 4 contract-free.

Verizon will have the lowest-priced off contract Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and has priced the phablet at $699.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 comes equipped with a 5.7-inch 2560 x 1440 Super AMOLED display and will run Android 4.4.4 KitKat. It's powered by a 2.7 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, Adreno 420 GPU (graphics processing unit), and 3 GB of RAM. The Note 4 ships with 32 GB of internal storage and a microSD expansion slot that will support up to 128-GB microSD cards.

The Galaxy Note 4's camera capabilities consist of a 16-megapixel rear camera with OIS (optical image stabilization) and 3.7-megapixel front-facing shooter. The phablet includes a large removable 3,200 mAh battery, fingerprint scanner, heart rate monitor, and enhanced S Pen functionality.

AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile will all release the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on Oct. 17.
