If you have kids (or if you're just a really rad, childless adult), you probably already know that Cartoon Network's Adventure Time is one of the smartest, funniest and most addictive animated shows on television right now. The premise is simple, the animation is colorful and beautiful, but not over-complicated, and the storytelling is earnest and heartfelt. It's basically the cartoon you should be watching if you're not already.

While the show is already in its sixth season on TV, the fine folks at Cartoon Network are finally getting fans caught up with full-season Blu-ray releases that not only look great in high-definition, but also include funny, informative bonus material. Tuesday's release of Adventure Time: The Complete Fourth Season is no exception. With vampire Marceline gracing the cover and the fourth season featuring some of the show's most memorable episodes, this release is a no-brainer for fans out there.

T-Lounge is excited to premiere this exclusive bonus features clip from the Adventure Time: The Complete Fourth Season Blu-ray (in stores October 7). The clip features series creator Pendleton Ward explaining how an unfortunate bodily function made its way into his music during an original pilot pitch meeting. Storyboard artist Jesse Moynihan listens (and laughs) along as Ward's infectious knack for storytelling even has him cracking himself up. Mathematical!

Adventure Time: The Complete Fourth Season arrives on Blu-ray, DVD & Digital HD on October 7.
