Leave it to Community creator Dan Harmon to help bring to life one of TV's most insane (and insanely addictive) animated series in the Adult Swim show Rick and Morty. Based on co-creator Justin Roiland's The Real Animated of Doc and Mharti shorts, Rick and Morty pairs an alcoholic scientist named Rick with his innocent grandson Morty, and sets them off on some of the wildest interstellar adventures you're going to see on TV.

Roiland provides the voices for both of the main characters, but the rest of cast features veterans like Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer, and Sarah Chalke. Rick and Morty is a unique series that handles its strangeness and dark comedy with ease while also daring to go places that most animated fare doesn't get a chance to explore. The critics have loved it since the first episode and, if you haven't had a chance yet, it's time to check out Rick and Morty.

T-Lounge is stoked to premiere this exclusive bonus features clip from the Rick and Morty: Season 1 Blu-ray (in stores now). The clip features Dan Harmon and many of the show's writing staff discussing, at length, the atmosphere in Rick and Morty's infamous writer's room. It then transitions into something a little more sinister and creepy which, judging by the show itself, probably should come as no surprise to anyone. Just like Rick and Morty itself, this clip is weird and pretty damned cool.

Rick and Morty: Season 1 is available on Blu-ray, DVD & Digital HD now.
