Titanfall 2 is gearing up to become one of the most important launches of this year, and the latest gameplay trailer of the title will get gamers giddy.

The first-person shooter is crafted by Respawn Entertainment and distributed by Electronic Arts and will take on all major gaming platforms, namely PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We are going to go on a limb and say that a lot of people will choose the PC version to increase the quality of the gaming experience.

As Respawn Entertainment already divulged the PC specs required for a Titanfall 2 experience in full 4K resolution, it was up to the recent Titanfall gameplay video trailer to showcase what we are in for. Suffice to say there is a lot of eye candy in this chaotic, fast-paced shooter from the future.

Credits for this particular trailer go straight to Nvidia, which used the occasion to advertise the remarkable power of its graphics card that enables PCs to ramp up their resolutions to 4K. The trailer offers a glimpse of the explosive action in Titanfall 2 and it does so in 4K resolution and at a stable 60 fps, no less.

We highly recommend you to find a display able to render 4K in order to be truly amazed by the game's recent trailer. However, if you're simply curious about the game you can watch it on your mobile device's screen.

Brushing aside the generic music, it is a catchy trailer. It highlights the great use of both the grappling hook and wall-running, and it chooses to reveal maps that put these skills to good use.

It seems that Respawn is doing its best to step away from its tech test performance, which left some wondering if the company is attempting to clone Call of Duty.

The upcoming title still has some unpolished areas, such as the server browsing that will be missing on PC.

The trailer might remind gamers of the first installment in the series, but we need more than a 3-minute gameplay trailer to ensure Titanfall 2 is more than what it showed during the multiplayer tech test. We are looking forward to see the release of the game, at least for the wicked plays coming from its parkour-style mechanics and tight gunfights.

The release date for Titanfall 2 is Oct. 28, regardless if you're looking to get the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 or PC variant.

Until then, check out the gameplay trailer in full 4K on an appropriate display.
