Xiaomi may be slow in foraying into the United States, but it seems another Chinese competitor LeEco is wasting no time in establishing a strong foothold in the country.

LeEco, which was previously selling its products through its online store LeMall, began retailing its devices via Amazon and Best Buy in 2016. The company began selling its Le Pro3 and Le S3 smartphones via Target as reported earlier last week.

Close on the heels of this move, LeEco is giving a fillip to its online presence and has now opened its very own Amazon store. The move will aid the company in expanding its reach so that its products such as smart TVs and smartphones can be easily accessed by consumers.

Amazon is one of the top e-commerce platforms in the United States, and LeEco's decision to have a store dedicated to its products on the site will undoubtedly propel its products' sales.

LeEco Amazon Store

The LeEco store lists three smartphones from the company — the 64 GB Le Pro3 in gold, the Le S3 in gold, and the Le S3 in gray. All the three handsets listed on the company's Amazon store are unlocked.

The 5.5-inch Le Pro3 is priced at $399.99, whereas the 32 GB Le S3 will set consumers back by $249.99. Both the handsets boast a metal body and are equipped with a fingerprint scanner.

The Amazon store of the company also has three smart TVs up for sale. These include the 43-inch LeEco L434UCNN 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 model in black), which originally retails for $549 but is now discounted to $449.

Another smart TV up for sale is the 55-inch LeEco L554UCNN 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 model in silver), which originally costs $799 but is discounted to $699.

The third option for those eyeing a smart TV from the company is the 65-inch L654UCNN 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 model in silver). This normally costs $1,199 but has been reduced by $100 as well.

With zero emphasis on the glam quotient, these smartphones come with no headphone jacks. The devices such as Le S3 run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 and Le Pro3 on Snapdragon 821.

How Will The Move Help LeEco?

With LeEco's Amazon store up and running, the company would be hoping that the move will help revive its sagging fortunes. LeEco is reportedly facing a cash crunch, and by offering accessibility to its affordable products to consumers in the United States, the company hopes to bring about a change of fortune.

The setting up of an Amazon store could be a sign of things to come, and perhaps consumers in the United States may see LeEco partner with carriers to offer its products in the near term.
