Located near Cooperstown, NY, Brewery Ommegang has amassed quite a dedicated legion of fans since they began brewing Belgian-style ales back in 1997, but it's been their partnership with HBO on a series of Game of Thrones-inspired beers that has made them a worldwide hit.

The first three Game of Thrones beers they released (Iron Throne Blonde Ale in March 2013, Take The Black Stout in October 2013, and Fire and Blood Red Ale in March 2014) all sold out completely, and have become treasured collector's items for those that have been able to track down a bottle or two.

Their fourth release (which is currently available), Valar Morghulis Dubble Ale, is also on its way to a sellout, despite being brewed at almost four-times the amount of their first Game of Thrones ale's release.

Well, now fans can prepare their lips for a new taste of yummy Game of Thrones spirity goodness as Brewery Ommegang has announced their fifth installment of the series called Three-Eyed Raven Dark Saison Ale.

According to Ommegang, the ale "combines the fruity esters and clean floral hops aromas with just a hint of roast, finished off with lingering herbal hops and dry rye notes."

We don't know what all that means but just take our money now, Ommegang. The first four beers were great and we expect no less from this Three-Eyed Raven.

"Going into season five, Game of Thrones is bigger than ever, and we've learned very quickly over the past four beer releases that fans of this show are thirsty for Ommegang's innovative and carefully conceived brews," said Josh Goodstadt, Vice President of Global Licensing at HBO. "We're certain those fans will be just as surprised by the complexity of Three-Eyed Raven as they were by Bran's discovery at the end of season four."

Three-Eyed Raven will be available in spring 2015, just in time to sip it while you're watching the fifth season of Game of Thrones.
