Samsung's upcoming flagship - the Galaxy S8 - has leaked online yet again. The latest leak offers fans a peek into the impending smartphone, which is the successor of the Galaxy S7.

The leaked image has been shared by online publication Android Headlines, which cites reliable sources. The image of the supposed Galaxy S8 seems to be authentic.

The publication's source did not share a lot of information regarding the product, but the real-like image of the Galaxy S8 reveals quite a few details on its own.

No Home Button: A Boon for the Users?

The latest leaked images of the Samsung Galaxy S8 affirms that the smartphone's front glass panel or the rumored 5.7-inch display is curved on the edges, as well as shows no or minimum side bezels. The bezel on the bottom of the smartphone is quite minimal and older leaks have hinted that the top bezels will also be in proportion to the bottom ones.

The leaked image also shows that the Galaxy S8 would be made of glass and metal. The bottom of the handset - as evidenced by the latest leak - has a few ports including the 3.5 mm audio jack.

The image also shows the presence of Type-C USB port for charging and syncing, which is placed next to the audio jack. There is also a microphone which is placed next to the charging port. To the right one can espy the bottom-firing speaker. The image also reveals two separate antenna lines, which are quite prominent.

The Galaxy S8's leaked image also affirm rumors that it will have a curved edge like the LG G6. The device's display is switched on in the leaked image and one can espy Weibo running on the Galaxy S8, suggesting that this is probably a prototype of the smartphone.

The panel seems to be quite massive judging by the content's size. However, a possibility exists that the font size on the handset was manipulated.

The leaked image also shows that the handset does not have a home button, which suggests that Samsung may deploy a 3D Touch technology for the device as rumored. A possibility of the fingerprint sensor getting embedded in the display of the Galaxy S8 also exists.

A previous Tech Times report also noted that the device won't be equipped with the home button, as evidenced by the leaked renders of the Galaxy S8.
