Without a doubt, E3 2017 has been chock-full of awesome announcements and trailers of upcoming games from the big three: Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft.

On that note, here are some of the clips that any fan would probably be sorry to miss.

E3 2017: Nintendo Trailers

Super Mario Odyssey stirs up the audience: Aside from Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, the iconic plumber made the headlines with the highly anticipated Super Mario Odyssey, with the trailer showing off the game's vibrant environment and jazzy, mind-sticking song sung by none other than Mario's first love, Pauline.

Metroid makes a strong comeback: Nintendo announced that Metroid 4 is officially under development for the Switch, and sure enough, that reinvigorated fans of the franchise across the globe. That wasn't all, either. The gaming company also revealed Metroid: Samus Returns for the 3DS, which will likely keep everyone on their toes until Metroid 4 rolls out.

E3 2017: Sony Trailers

Marvel's Spider-Man takes the spotlight: The web slinger is making his way to the PS4 in Marvel's Spider-Man, and the best part is, Sony showcased him in a nine-minute gameplay trailer, offering action-packed scenes and even a cameo by Miles Morales.

Shadow of Colossus excites the fans: The classic PS2 game is heading to the PS4, and it's getting updated for the more powerful console. Thanks to that, the new Shadow of Colossus trailer shows the Forbidden Land and its inhabitants with a beefed-up graphical fidelity.

E3 2017: Microsoft Trailers

Ori and the Will of the Wisps pursues beauty and achieves it: Aside from unwrapping the "world's most powerful console" otherwise known as the Xbox One X, Microsoft unveiled the equally gorgeous sequel to Ori and the Blind Forest named Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

Cuphead is bringing back the 1930s: At long last, the retro-looking side-scroller Cuphead now has a solid release date of Sept. 29 after numerous delays. More than that, there's a new trailer to keep everyone on the edge of their seats until the game hits the shelves.

Bonus: 'Destiny 2'

One game worth mentioning in the list is Destiny 2, and there's a lot of good news announced regarding the shooter during E3 2017.

First off, it's coming to the PS4 and Xbox One sooner than expected on Sept. 6, instead of the initial Sept. 8 launch date. On top of that, the beta is expected to go live on July 18 for the PS4 and July 19 for the Xbox One.

Second, it's landing on the PC on Oct. 24, and despite the later release, the platform is getting Destiny 2 in 4K at 60 fps.

Last but not least, the latest trailer titled Our Darkest Hour gives a close look at what it has in store, most notably the primary antagonist Dominus Ghaul, leader of the Red Legion.
