Crash Bandicoot triumphantly returned with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for the PlayStation 4, but certain clues hint that one of the earliest mascots of the PlayStation is also coming to the Xbox One.

The teased arrival of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy to the Xbox One joins previous rumors that there will be a new Crash Bandicoot game in the future, and that there will also be a Spyro the Dragon remastered trilogy for the PlayStation 4.

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy Xbox One Version Coming Soon?

Kara Zisa, an artist for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy developer Vicarious Visions, created several graphics pieces for the game. With the game now released, she added some of her work to her portfolio.

However, in a footage of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy that she uploaded, the displayed controls were not for a PlayStation 4 controller, but rather for an Xbox One controller. Zisa also uploaded an image of the Save/Load screen for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy that showed the classic PlayStation memory card, but alongside Xbox One buttons. Instead of the shapes on the buttons of the PlayStation 4 controller, the clues show the green A and red B buttons of the Xbox One controller.

All videos and images showing Xbox One buttons in the game have now been taken down, but the evidence is clear. While it is possible that Zisa only created concept work for a product that might never happen, it is becoming much more likely that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will soon arrive to the Xbox One, considering all the previous clues.

Last month, a European retailer uploaded a listing of an Xbox One version of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, with a planned release date of Dec. 8. Meanwhile, a social media post made by PlayStation Ireland previously stated that the game will arrive to the PlayStation 4 "first," teasing that it will arrive to other platforms.

Is It Possible For Crash Bandicoot To Appear On The Xbox One?

Some gamers could be asking if it is actually possible for Crash Bandicoot to appear on the Xbox One, considering its status as one of the PlayStation's most notable characters during the console's early days.

There is actually nothing that would stop Activision, the current owner of the Crash Bandicoot games, from launching Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy on the Xbox One. The game was never marketed as a PlayStation 4 exclusive, so it could only be a matter of time before it arrives on the Xbox One.
